On May 18^th, 2014, the Second Southern Forum of ZUEL was held in the Building of China Mingshen Bank, Guangzhou Branch. The topic of the Forum was system break-through in the current economic environment—an analysis on the reform of state-owned enterprises and the diversified-ownership economy. The keynote speaker was Mr. Fangsheng Zhou, former Deputy Director of the Bureau of Enterprise Reform of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The forum focused on the reform of state-owned enterprises, the exploration of diversified-ownership economy and the orientation of the reform. More than 300 people, who were from various fields such as government, state-owned enterprise, private enterprises, banks, law firms and academia, attended the Forum.
